Sing To Your Hearts Content with Waitress!

The musical begins previews on 8 February!

As if the news that the Broadway hit, Waitress. is heading to London's West End wasn't fabulous enough, the production has now announced that they will offer audiences a chance to sing live on stage in Cast Album Karaoke!

Following the 19 February and the 7 March performance, audience members who have signed up previously to the show beginning will get to perform one minute from their favourite song from the show on stage! The singers will be accompanied by music director Katharine Woolley.

The musical recently announced that Katharine McPhee would reprise her role of Jenna for the West End transfer after she thrilled audiences on Broadway. Waitress will also star Marisha Wallace as Becky, Laura Baldwin as Dawn, Peter Hannah as Earl and David Hunter as Dr Pomatter.

What is Waitress about?

Suffocated by both the small Southern town where she lives, and her controlling husband Earl, Jenna longs for escape. Her only solace comes from working in the local diner, where she can practise her passion for baking. Jenna's crumbly pastries and crinkly crusts are renowned the town over, and by a stroke of luck, they might just offer her an escape route! A pie-making contest is announced in a nearby town, with a potentially life-changing cash prize for first place. Jenna realises this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity and is determined to grab it with both hands!
