Oliver! the musical lived up to and exceeded the hype. You just have to go, every number is perfectly sung with heart and soul, and the acting is great Just Brilliant

JODIE WAS BORN TO PLAY NANCY

I am booking tickets to see Oliver in March and just wanted to say that my daughter auditioned for the party of Nancy in Manchester where we saw Jodie auditioning on the same day. I knew immediately that she was born to play the part and said "She is Nancy" so we were really pleased when we saw she was in the final line up for the TV programme. We knew she would win - there was no other person fit for that role but Jodie. We look forward to seeing the show and wish her all the best.

OLIVER! 10 JANUARY 2009

Took the family to see Oliver! What can I say it was absolutely brilliant. Rowan Atkinson was superb as Fagin. His acting, singing and dancing was spot on. As for Jodie Prenger she was certainly the right choice for the part of Nancy. She was a convincing cockney and her musical numbers were sung beatifully. At the point that she sung 'As long as he needs me' she sung with such passion to the extent that I got goosebumps. The supporting cast were also terrific and the sets and production as a whole were visually stunning. A great night out!

SEATING

This show was fantastic, we went on the first night 13.01.09 and you would definately not have known that it was the first night - it was so professional. the sets and costumes were great and Jodie did a fantastic job, Harry was nervous but still did a good job and Ross as the artful dodger stole the show! Rowan was amazing - very believable. I would dearly love to know which "gang" were on that night as sadly there were no announcements about Oliver, the dodger or the gang identity which would have really helped. the only negative to be wary of is that we were in seats ZZ in the stalls, for those rows and about 5 in front, you cannot see the scenes that are set on the raised platform/mezzanine floor area of the stage which was a shame - but this really was the only issue. If anyone can tell me which gang played on 13.01.09 - I would be eternally grateful!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!

I took my mum to see this show on the new production opening night and it was fantastic. I can't quite believe the so called 'experts' that gave it such a bad press and put down Rowan Atkinson as he was superb and held the audience in the palm of his hand. bravo to everyone in the cast, especially Harry playing Oliver. Don't believe the critics, they're rubbish!!

ONE OFF THE BEST SHOWS SEEN

Spectacular from begining to the end, a production off the highest calibure. Our party, containing a stage manager, and a lighting tecnition found it most entertaining with all the cast giving their all to put on a brilliant performance. Some 'critics' obviously only try to criticise,on the hope of getting reconised.

BRILLIANT

I went to see this with my mum on Friday and it was absolutely brilliant. Wouldn't have missed it for anything.
