Jesus Christ Superstar

The bombastic biblical tuner makes a welcome return as London's Palladium hosts Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's award-winning production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's glittering staple, Jesus Christ Superstar. Playing in the stunning, verdant surroundings of Regents Park Open Air Theatre, artistic director Drew McOnie choreographs and directs this new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's and Cameron Mackintosh's iconic work, full of instantly recognizable costumes and tunes, with choreography bursting with cat-itude. Created in 1981, Cats is based on poet T.S Elliot's 1939 anthology, Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, a guide to all kinds of cats from the streetwise stray to the pampered lap cat.
